Description
Fluke 3561/3502 FC Offers
This vibration sensor allows maintenance teams to add remote, continuous vibration monitoring to assets to maximize equipment uptime and minimize unnecessary routes. With a frequency range of 10 to 1000 Hz, it detects and notifies users of critical faults such as imbalance, misalignment, looseness and bearing wear to provide a warning for potential equipment failure. Using the Fluke Connect? Condition Monitoring software (FCCM), receive alarms on your mobile device or desktop within seconds of an abnormality so you can prevent downtime.
It is small enough to fit on equipment in hard-to-reach or hazardous locations and can be placed on multiple assets to provide a comprehensive picture of the health of assets throughout a facility. Installation and setup does not require extensive setup or training, so technicians can start vibration monitoring on equipment with ease. The sensors deliver continuous measurements while an asset is in use without maintenance technicians needing to monitor them, keeping them safely away from dangerous moving equipment.

Applications
HVAC
Fans and compressors are critical for ensuring that HVAC systems work properly. View remote measurements
on smart devices while remaining a safe distance from fans and blowers. Keep air flowing and machinery cool by installing remote vibration sensors, helping your team pinpoint problems before they occur.
Food and Beverage
Gearboxes, chillers and rollers drive food and beverage operations. Downtime in these systems can cause a ripple effect through the entire production line. Real-time and historical data help you trend, analyze and interpret information collected from assets.
Water and Wastewater
Pump downtime in water distribution and wastewater plants negatively impacts customer access and water quality. Installing vibration sensors on noncritical assets ensures that water plant teams move more maintenance in-house and minimize time-based routes.
Oil and Gas
Oil and gas operators have facilities in remote places that experience weather extremes, dust and sand. Engineers and technicians need rugged technology to live up to the rigors of these locations. Simply reach for your phone to see asset status instead of traveling to outlying sites.
Automotive
Scaling condition monitoring programs for enterprise-level facilities can benefit from a multitude of assets, and quick and easy installation of sensors is key. Sensors that are easy to implement allow teams to easily extend coverage throughout the plant.
Benefits
Screen Quickly, Act Quickly
Expanding your maintenance program to include condition monitoring tools gives you deeper, more actionable insights. It is a simple, scalable solution that can be installed in any location, including hard-to-reach or hazardous areas. Set up asset screening in under an hour and start viewing data within minutes after connection.
Organize Information for Data-Driven Decisions
Using the Fluke Connect? Condition Monitoring (FCCM) software with vibration sensors ensures that all data is organized and next-step decisions can be made efficiently. Use FCCM software to wirelessly collect real-time information, seamlessly revisit historical trends and graph data for further analysis.
Receive Alarms
FCCM software generates alarms when abnormalities occur based on 37 machine categories. If the asset experiences conditional changes based on the Fluke Overall Vibration Severity scale, the FCCM software sends instant alarms to smart devices. Alarms can also be seen in the web app. Teams receive push notifications that alert maintenance workers before asset failure.
Identify Potential Failures Early
Scheduled maintenance consumes time and labor, potentially diverting resources to unnecessary tasks. The vibration sensor screens for the four most common faults ? imbalance, misalignment, bearing wear and looseness. Using the 3561 FC, you and your reliability team are forewarned of issues.
Reduce Maintenance Spend
It allows you to focus spending, use outside expertise more efficiently, minimize paperwork and automatically aggregate data in one place.
Easy Setup and Installation
Easy in-app setup and sensor installation. Planning the deployment in advance with wireless connection and asset information ensures successful setup.
