The FLIR VP50 is a tough, CAT IV-rated Non-Contact Voltage Detector featuring a combination of alerts – tactile vibration and red LED alarms, a powerful LED flashlight, and dual voltage ranges. The VP50 has been engineered to rapidly and reliably detect voltage in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.

Features

High/Low Sensitivity

The VP50’s dual ranges allow you to detect voltage in electrical systems in large industrial facilities, residential low voltage installations, and systems located behind obstructions (using High Sensitivity mode).

Powerful Worklights

In addition to the dual LED lights at the probe tip, this voltage detector comes with an intense 60-lumen worklight to illuminate poorly lit work areas. Conduct safe and accurate visual inspections without packing a separate flashlight.

Rugged & Durable

Toolbox-friendly, this rugged voltage detector is built with a double-molded design, rubber reinforced case, and sturdy battery door and pocket clip. The VP50 is CAT IV-rated and backed by FLIR’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.
